5. Discord and Third-Party Compliance

  1. You must comply with all applicable Discord terms and policies, including developer and platform rules.
  2. You must comply with terms of any other third-party provider used with the Service.
  3. We may modify, suspend, or restrict features to maintain legal or platform compliance.

6. Fees, Billing, and Taxes

  1. Paid plans, billing cycles, and pricing are described in your order form, checkout flow, or pricing page.
  2. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or our published refund policy.
  3. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our net income.
  4. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

7. Term, Renewal, and Cancellation

  1. Subscriptions continue for the selected billing cycle unless canceled.
  2. You may cancel according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  3. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law or policy.

8. Customer Content and Data

  2. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display content solely to provide and improve the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

  1. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
  2. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims and expenses arising from:

  1. Your breach of these Terms.
