Platypus Discord App Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 30, 2026

These Platypus Discord App Terms of Service (Discord App Terms) apply to your installation, access, and use of the Platypus Discord application, bot commands, interactions, panels, message components, and related Discord-integrated features (Discord App), provided by FIWDIL LLC.

By adding, authorizing, configuring, interacting with, or using the Discord App, you agree to these Discord App Terms and the Platypus Terms of Service.

1. Relationship to Discord

  1. The Discord App is provided by FIWDIL LLC and is not provided, endorsed, certified, or sponsored by Discord unless Discord expressly states otherwise.
  2. Your use of Discord remains governed by Discord's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service, Developer Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable Discord rules.
  3. Discord may change, suspend, review, restrict, or remove access to APIs, permissions, intents, app listings, bot features, or Discord accounts. We are not responsible for Discord's independent actions.

2. User Responsibilities

You must have the proper permissions and authority to add, authorize, configure, and administer the Discord App for a server, guild, or community. If you act on behalf of a community, company, group, or other organization, you must be authorized to legally bind that organization to the Discord App Terms. You are also responsible for informing your administrators, members, moderators, and users about how the Discord App is used in your server.

3. App Functionality

The Discord App may provide features for:

  1. Guild registration and configuration.
  2. Command and panel interactions.
  3. Role-aware dashboard access and permission checks.
  4. Member profiles, awards, academy training records, group organization records, applications, support workflows, and audit logs.
  5. Notifications, automated messages, support workflows, and other administrative operations requested by authorized users.

Available features may change over time and may depend on Discord permissions, enabled intents, plan entitlements, server configuration, and platform review status.

4. Discord Data

Depending on configuration and feature use, the Discord App may process Discord user IDs, guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs, interaction metadata, server metadata, command inputs, moderation or support context, and content submitted through app workflows.

We use Discord data to provide, secure, troubleshoot, audit, and improve the Discord App and related Platypus services. Our processing of personal data is described in the Platypus Privacy Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that you will not use the Discord App to:

  1. Violate law, Discord rules, third-party rights, or the Platypus Terms of Service.
  2. Harass, abuse, threaten, dox, discriminate against, or otherwise harm users.
  3. Circumvent Discord permissions, privacy controls, rate limits, API restrictions, app review requirements, or safety systems.
  4. Collect, store, expose, sell, license, or commercialize Discord data except as permitted by Discord rules and applicable law.
  5. Send spam, deceptive messages, unauthorized advertising, or malicious automation.
  6. Upload, transmit, or configure content that infringes rights or is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.

6. Permissions and Intents

  1. The Discord App requires only the Discord permissions and intents needed to provide enabled features.
  2. Some features may require administrators to grant additional permissions or enable optional intents.
  3. If a permission or intent is denied, revoked, unavailable, or rejected by Discord, related functionality may be limited or unavailable.

7. Data Deletion and Support Requests

To request deletion, correction, access, or support for data associated with the Discord App, contact help@platypus.gg. We may need information such as your Discord user ID, guild ID, and proof of administrative authority before processing certain server-level requests.

Discord may also require deletion, restriction, or update of Discord API data. We may act on requests from Discord or affected users where required by Discord rules, applicable law, or our policies.

8. Termination

The Discord App may be suspended, restricted, or removed from a server or user. This can happen if the app is believed to be used in a way that violates the Discord App Terms, the Platypus Terms of Service, Discord rules, or applicable law. Access to the app can therefore be limited or ended when a suspected violation exists.

9. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Discord App is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that Discord integrations, commands, panels, automations, or API-dependent features will be uninterrupted, error-free, available in all servers, or compatible with every Discord change.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIWDIL LLC is not liable for certain damages related to the Discord App. This includes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages. FIWDIL LLC also is not responsible for losses of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, Discord access, server configuration, or community activity. This limitation applies to losses or damages that arise from or are connected to the Discord App.
